What we collect
If you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email, company or team, plugin name, official WordPress.org plugin URL, and optional project goal that you provide. We store consent and the submission time so the inquiry can be handled responsibly.
What the public checker does
The checker accepts only a plugin slug or canonical WordPress.org plugin URL. It constructs and reads that public WordPress.org plugin page to look for the official Live Preview control. Checker entries are not written to the inquiry database. Short-lived in-memory throttling may use a network address to limit abuse, but PreviewReady does not write that address into its lead records.
How we use inquiry information
We use it to assess whether the pilot is a responsible fit, reply to the inquiry, prepare an accepted scope, deliver the work, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Analytics, cookies, and hosting
We do not use analytics and do not set advertising cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard request and security information as part of delivering and protecting the service under its own terms.
Retention and access
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for fit review, correspondence, delivery, dispute prevention, and applicable recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the inquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the project goal. Some records may need to be retained where law or a legitimate business obligation requires it.
Public sources
Fit reviews use public plugin pages, packages, documentation, and links supplied by the plugin team. Do not send passwords, API keys, private repository links, customer data, or production credentials through the inquiry form.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, its effective date will be updated on this page.
